2 kinds of classes available:
1. 1 hour of Zumba
2. 30 mins zumba, 30 mins fitness (exercise)
You can enroll on any, the results will be visible to you from the 2nd Week & to others from the 4th Week. For Zumba songs, You can suggest your favorite Fast beating songs. The full session will be fun and effective.

Best class I've ever been to. Fun, great workout, excellent instructor - so friendly and encouraging.
