Harmony Fitness/ Group Fitness Instructor
LIVE group fitness classes that focus on enhancing your strength and gracefulness. I will lead you through a series of exercises that aim to boost your strength and flexibility. The classes offer a range of strength-focused exercises like Circuit, HIIT, AMRAP, Body Combat, Glute & ABS, and Stretching. By elevating your heart rate, burning calories, and refreshing your mind, you can stay fit whether it's before or after work.
Motivation Behind the Project:
1. Group Classes for a Group of People:
If you have a group of friends who are interested, I can give a fitness class to a group of minimum 3 people. I will run these sessions with flexible but fixed schedules that everyone can attend.
