About Yuna

Hi everyone, I'm Yuna. I am a qualified and experienced high school teacher who has experience in Department of Education Schools, HSC Marking, and University teaching. I teach multiple subjects including Japanese, Mathematics and English.

* All HSC students have graduated with band 5 or 6*
* 1st in state HSC NSW continuers Japanese student*
* Past HSC NSW Extension Japanese State ranks*

About the lesson

What’s unique about the YK-Method?

*Structure of our courses*
- You will learn all the required HSC grammar and Kanji in year 11. In year 12, you will focus on applying what you learnt in reading, writing, speaking, listening exercises.

*Lesson delivery*
Lessons are conducted in Japanese to strengthen listening and speaking skills in an authentic way. (And it's more fun this way!)

If you are not ready to learn Japanese in Japanese, then she will slowly build up your language. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to learn through osmosis - osmosis really doesn’t work.

*Yuna’s experience*
Yuna has more than ten years of experience which includes working in primary school, high school, and university. She has experience marking the HSC.

You'll confidently understand every grammatical structure, and learn how assessments are marked so you know exactly how to study.

Did you know HSC Japanese is one of the easiest subjects to rank highly?
Well at least, we think so!
And our student results prove it.

Since not many students take the course in NSW, there is less competition than English and Mathematics.

So as long as you know exactly how the assessments are marked (and you love Japanese!), start from year 11 with us and you will do well.
