I’m a violin tutor with over 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Music in Jazz Violin Studies. My background spans solo, chamber, and orchestral performance, and I specialize in guiding students through competitive audition processes. Whether you're preparing for youth orchestra placement, conservatory entrance, or a major competition, I offer strategic support tailored to your goals. About the lesson

My teaching approach blends violin playing with clear, accessible music theory. I believe that knowing the “why” behind what you play helps you grow faster and perform with more confidence. We’ll focus on understanding keys, scales, intervals, and chord theory—all directly on the fingerboard. Theory won’t feel like a separate subject; it will come alive through your instrument.
