I also highlight key mark scheme language and share proven strategies that helped me achieve top grades, so students not only learn the content but also understand how to secure marks effectively. Alongside clear teaching, I share subject-specific techniques and exam strategies that I used to secure top marks. In biology especially, I focus on areas that make the difference for top grades, such as practicing mark scheme vocabulary and using intentional active recall. This helps students not only understand the content but also apply it effectively in assessments.
