A few months ago I was looking to get information about property I did a course with Dan about real estate the course was very interesting and I learned quite a lot

Me and Dan had many calls before we started the course as I wanted to know more information about the course but I also felt able to explain about my situation and my personal experiences with other people I had been involved with with regards to property.

I mentioned to Dan as well that I was neurodiverse and that I had some very negative experiences with these other individuals. Dan was very understanding and felt that his input and insight and support would benefit me greatly

And he supported me through the difficulties that I faced.

Within the course he gave me a very positive learning experience the course he gave was comprehensive and bespoke to my needs. I really appreciated all the help that Dan gave.

When the test came I managed to finish it and I was also able to get some extra time. When I did complete the test I got a merit which is above a pass.

I know that without Dan’s help and support and guidance it would have been difficult to get to the point where I am now.

I advise anyone who is looking for a kind understanding teacher in relation to real estate and who is understanding around neurodiversity in my honest opinion Dan is the best choice.

I recently had a couple of tutor sessions with Dan, he helped me understand valuation concepts specifically term & reversion, discounted cash flows and residual valuation. What stood out to me was Dans ability to explain these topics in a clear and straight forward approach breaking down each concept into simple and practice steps. Dans not only got a breath of knowledge in his field but has the ability to teach patiently making it easy to ask questions and engage with the material being explained. I would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to grow their understanding of valuation or financial modelling.

I’ve been going over Exam content for an Applied Appraisal module in a Real Estate masters. Dans provided useful insight into different excel models and logical reasoning behind concepts and figures generated. I has been insightful and I look forward to future lessons.

I had a couple of sessions with Dan alongside a short course in real estate finance and found his approach incredibly helpful. Dan was very responsive in setting up sessions, often accommodating a difficult schedule, and was great at helping me put principles into practice. I recently contacted Dan for some tutoring with the intention of improving my financial modelling skills. Having only had three sessions so far, I already see an improvement in my understanding and abilities. I am looking forward to see how much I will develop over the next few sessions.
