About Nisha
In my A-Levels I achieved A*A*A*A in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics respectively.
I achieved grade 9’s in Maths, Physics, Biology, History and Geography and grade 8’s in English Language, English Literature and Chemistry. I also got an A in my FSMQ: Additional Maths GCSE.
I am currently reading Mathematics at the University of Edinburgh with an average of a first (1:1). The modules I have taken include Introduction to Linear Algebra, Introduction to Data Science (programming with R), Introduction to Computation (programming with Haskell), Calculus and it's Applications, Proofs and Problem Solving and Object Oriented Programming (programming with Java).
I used to volunteer during maths lessons in Sixth Form mentoring students of all capabilities to elicit strategic learning and lateral thinking.
I participated in the UKMT Challenge achieving a Gold for the past three years, whereupon I had also taken part in the Kangaroo Challenge. I was fortunate enough to be invited to the Royal Institution for a masterclass where Matt Parker gave a lecture on the interlacing of mathematics and technology to teach about the fourth dimension.

My lessons are individually tailored to suit the students needs. They follow what the student would like to focus on and the content the school has already taught them in order to ensure that they are not being overwhelmed or struggling to keep up with differing topics.
The lessons are very fluid and the students are always more than welcome to come to the lesson with questions that they may have found harder during the lesson so that I am able to through it with them.
