About Jan
I have worked in education for 20 years as a teacher and principal. Teaching and running independent schools for students aged 3 to 15. I am a parent of two grown sons and am spending some time learning new tech skills and am looking to work with students as I am missing being in the classroom. I work to build a student's confidence in themselves as a confident learner can accomplish anything!

I cater lessons to each student so that each student. I understand that hands-on practice helps students learn new concepts. I use a variety of activities so that students are engaged and working with the material and not just sitting and listening.
