About Younes
I am a mathematics and physics tutor with a passion for teaching and advocate of quality education. Having taught university (Griffith University, University of Queensland and Mashhad University), heavy industry (Tous power station) and high school students alongside working across multiple engineering consultancy, construction and production firms in Australia and overseas, I understand the importance of theory to practice.
Based on my extensive experience, the majority of students face significant struggles in understanding the fundamentals in mathematics and physics and it is these underlying foundations that deter so many from achieving their remarkable yet often unrealized potential. I tailor my teaching style to each student’s unique learning needs, providing the opportunity for students to enjoy their learning and view the subjects as interesting and approachable.

My teaching strategy centers on my commitment to support students to believe in their own ability and be high achievers in mathematics and physics. I support students through fully understanding the fundamentals, practicing simple to challenging examples, and gaining self-confidence by learning sufficient problem-solving skills. It is only through continual practice and time that students can develop the concept knowledge required to accurately complete their assignments. Currently offering 10 weeks, 3 hours/week General Maths, Math Methods and Physics enhancement packages/courses for high school students, and 10 weeks, 3 hours/week Maths and physics specially written packages/courses for GAMSAT, MCAT and UCAT students. Biology and chemistry courses are underway.
Courses. contain a brief teaching of entire subject (Australian Curriculum) plus plenty examples from variety of textbooks and past exam papers for high school students and a brief teaching from my books plus lots of easy to difficult medical entry school test like examples for university graduates. Graduates with GPA of more than 5 are encouraged to enrol on these courses.
Classes are at my home/education centre

Year 10 (1 - 8 students) $80 per hour for individuals and $70 per hour for group session
Year 11 and 12 (1 - 8 students) $90 per hour for individuals and $80 per hour for group session
Gamsat (1 - 8 students) $100 per hour for individuals and $90 per hour for group session. Access to Gamsat books (300 slides each) is $150/book
