Each lesson typically lasts 45-60 minutes, allowing ample time to focus on form, alignment, and breath. I integrate a holistic approach, often incorporating mindfulness techniques and breathwork to enhance the mind-body connection. As a certified Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor, with extensive experience in both modalities, I bring a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, movement, and wellness practices. I also hold certifications in holistic nutrition to support overall health and wellness. My classes are designed for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, from beginners seeking flexibility and strength to advanced practitioners looking to deepen their practice and achieve a greater sense of balance and well-being.

I can't say enough positive things about Amanda! Not only does she have such a loving and warm energy that makes you feel so comfortable and approachable, but she is so incredibly knowledgable. My online rate is £42/class. I offer class packages where you can save a bit more money!
5-Class Pack — £205 → £190 (£38/class) [Save £15]
10-Class Pack — £395 → £350 (£35/class) [Save £45]
20-Class Pack -- £790 → £660 (£33/class) [Save £130]
My in person rate starts at £52/class, plus the cost of transportation to and from the clients home (£5-15) additional depending where in the city you live. I also offer 5, 10 and 20 class packs where you can save a bit of money. Please inquire if you're interested in these.
