About Riccardo

Born in 1992, I have been playing drums since I was 8 years old. I approached the instrument as a game, little by little it became an indispensable passion.
Over time I have enriched this passion with studying, both through a teacher and self-taught, leading me to discover and discover myself behind the drums.
I was lucky enough to teach students of various age groups, from 20 to 40 years, which have enriched my musical and personal baggage.
Music for me is sharing and with this spirit I face everything that concerns it!

About the lesson

I am a drummer with more than 20 years of experience and I propose myself as a private teacher of music theory and practice applied to drums. I was lucky enough to study music and I try, in my small way, to pass on what I have learned both to those who want to enter the world of drums for the first time and to those who already have experience on the instrument. At the base of everything is the desire to share how much beauty this world can offer!

I prefer individual lessons with students to meet the different needs and strengths / weaknesses that each of us may have in approaching the instrument.
The lessons mainly deal with the following topics:
- theory (solfeggio and reading of the score);
- technique;
- listening and performing;
Although the study topics are the same for everyone, I try to individualize each path based on the characteristics of each student.

I live in Siena and I am available both to carry out lessons on my instrument and to move according to the needs of the students.
