My eight years as a guitar instructor have been a journey of continuous learning and adaptation, guiding over 300 students with varied musical aspirations. My teaching style blends structured lessons with the flexibility to explore individual interests. I firmly believe in the importance of a strong technical foundation, covering essential skills like chord voicings, scales, and rhythmic accuracy. However, I also understand that motivation comes from playing the music one loves. Therefore, I incorporate students' favorite songs and genres into our lessons, making learning both engaging and relevant. For students with songwriting ambitions, I offer guidance on song structure, chord progressions, and lyrical content.
