I am a singing tutor with 6 years of experience and a Bachelor of Arts in Music with a Voice Emphasis. I am dedicated to helping students build strong vocal foundations, particularly those preparing for vocal exams, diplomas, and conservatory auditions. My teaching spans genres including Classical, Opera, Art Song, and Contemporary Vocal, allowing students to explore diverse repertoire with technical precision. I focus on structured approaches to tone placement and resonance control, ensuring that every note is produced with clarity and ease. IPA diction training is central to my lessons, helping singers articulate text accurately and expressively. Phrasing and musical interpretation are also key elements, enabling students to communicate the emotion and story behind each piece. My teaching approach to singing combines technical skill with creative expression. I work closely with learners to build confidence, accuracy, and musicality, ensuring progress feels steady and achievable. Exercises include ear training, rhythm practice, and style-specific drills. I also help students navigate performance scenarios, from solo practice to group settings, fostering poise and presence.
