About Zoe
With over 7 years of teaching experience and a DMA in Violin Performance, lessons combine technical skill with emotional exploration. Students are encouraged to express themselves, release emotions, and engage in musical storytelling. Improvisation, soundscape creation, and journaling are used to foster mindfulness and personal reflection. The approach is designed to support stress reduction and emotional growth. Neurodiverse learners, trauma survivors, and adult students seeking healing are welcomed. Technical development and expressive freedom are cultivated together. Students explore their inner voice and develop confidence through improvisation and musical creativity. Repertoire and exercises are personalised to each student’s needs. Lessons are structured, supportive, and compassionate. Music becomes a tool for self-expression, emotional processing, and mindfulness.
