About Simon
I'm a friendly and professional guitarist and songwriter who is always happy to teach for any level. Whether you want to learn the basics for an interesting new hobby or if you want to push your ability I can work around any student's needs for a fulfilling and truly enjoyable learning experience.
I've worked with Kirklees Music School in Huddersfield. I worked with various age groups on a variety of musical scenarios ranging from rock bands to jazz to giving one-to-one guitar tuition.
I believe that anyone must enjoy their learning process in order for it to be effective. I've always found that you get so much more quality from a lesson where a student is interested in what's being studied. To reflect this, I take a key interest in each student's musical preferences and I will often shape a lesson round this. At the same time I will always make sure that the lesson content is productive and helpful to an individual's playing.
