About Danii
I have worked in online support for 3 years and have been helping customers for 10 years. I have previously worked in I.T helping people solve their computer problems, or teaching them to use new computer programs. The majority of my time spent in I.T was helping senior citizens gain confidence using the internet and navigating their computers. I am friendly, patient and I understand that new technology can be overwhelming for many people, but I am here to make it easier for you.
