About Rishabh

My love for fitness may be the same like for a foodie it could be pizza or roll or chaat & my passion towards fitness are 2 major ones which drove me crazy into this fitness world. My curiosity towards everything related to health, fitness & nutrition to know more and learn new facts or study about them daily makes me more interested, self-motivated as it fills me with enthusiasm. For the crazy or fun fact my day begins with fitness & ends with it too.

My teaching techniques would be quite different from others as I focus on practical and logical skills & applied knowledge including theoretical approach. Starting from the basic level to the advanced according to your comfort zone will be taught whether your field is completely different or you are a fitness enthusiast. My class interaction will be in a very easy and interesting environment. It will not be like a regular class; we would enjoy and have fun in learning new things about our body systems, movements, muscles, techniques and much more.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    Earlier I used to be a foodie just like others I really love to eat fast food and so many other things but when suddenly I got to know this lifestyle is making me lazy and unhealthy physically & mentally too. Then I made up my mind and started working out from where my Fitness Journey began. I saw the changes in myself and that freshness that made me more curious and passionate about fitness.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    When I realized that like me there are lots of people around me be it of any age who are suffering from the same unhealthy lifestyle then I made up my mind to change the lifestyle of others as it would make my own lifestyle active and also would help others to achieve a goal and switch them up to a healthy one.
    So teaching and making others happy and living a healthy life it makes me motivated all the time to see the change they wanted all the time but couldn't because a lack of motivation and guidance was present.
  • How does your work help society?

    My work is all about a Healthy & happy society as it makes everyone around me get motivated toward a particular goal to be physically & mentally healthy.
    My main motive is to keep everyone healthy around me to get rid of mental stress and diseases so that they couldn't affect our future generations and it won't lure them to follow an unhealthy lifestyle. It's all about bringing a major change in our society. So that in the end, every single human being can live a healthy and stress-free life which would prevent us from diseases, anxiety, laziness, injury, weakness, etc.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    My role model would be my Mother & Father both in terms of Honesty, Sincerity, and Hard work, it comes from my Mother's side & when it comes to being practical, fearless, will power to do something and achieve it at any cost is from my Father.
    For me, both my Mother & Father plays a very important role in my life, career & growth.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    My hobbies except teaching are traveling, exploring new places, watching exceptional TV series/movies, and the most imp. of all i.e. Workout - Being Fit & Active.
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    There was once a Student with whom I used to teach and train at the Gym where I used to workout. Earlier before meeting me he took the membership but only came 2 days then after that there was no sign of him.
    One fine day I met him in the market & to discuss about his joining & workout he was least interested in that but still I managed to pull him towards being healthy & fit, to keep him motivated, and pushed him to workout with me.
    Then he agreed and I guided him very well and taught him some movements, and posture correction with scientific reason. Now is the present day where he won't stop at all and comes regularly to workout it's all about motivation, inner acceptance & patience.
