About Katherine
Hi! My name is Katherine and I have been teaching English for the past 20 years. I believe that these days the knowledge of English language is essential not only because it is a requirement at school or work, but because it gives us freedom and empowers us to discover the world, ourselves, and communicate effectively so we become the person we were meant to be.

Everybody is different, therefore I always prepare action plan around my student's needs. We start the relationship by establishing the goals and objectives, as well as timescales to achieving those goals. We will then focus on identifying both the personal and career interests so we can build the consecutive classes around the student-specific requirements, and also make them fun, entertaining and educational. I often tap into the resources like Bloomberg, Economist, world-class business schools' literature and recent research and news, as well as discuss current affairs to improve both the spoken and written language. Language is a live creature, you can't treat it in separation since it is in constant use. Therefore, the best way to master it is to tap into recent trends, news and affairs.
