About Ilya
I’m Ilya, a dedicated middle-distance runner with years of competitive experience in the 800m, 1500m, and 5k. I understand both the physical and mental challenges of the sport, and I bring that perspective into these sessions. My focus is on helping runners train smarter, avoid common mistakes, and build long-term progress with discipline and confidence.
