About Alberto
I have been running for over 10 years, currently representing a club in the city of Porto, having already completed four marathons and several half marathons and 10km events. I am currently taking Lydiard Coach Certification (level I and II).

These programs will use webcam and Strava - if you have a GPS watch - there will be an initial session to understand what the athlete's objectives are, to outline and customize the chosen program (10km or half marathon). It is intended to present a plan not only for the test in question, but also for the long term.
