About Keegan
I have been playing the guitar for more than six years now, and I have played with various groups and styles. I have had the opportunity to play with groups such as the Jazz YYC Youth Lab band and their senior combo group. Moreover, I am also a part of my high school's senior jazz band and a few other personal groups.

I aim to help students learn quickly and effectively, while also making the lessons fun and enjoyable. My techniques involve a combination of traditional methods, such as music theory and technique, as well as contemporary approaches, such as learning by ear and improvisation.
A typical lesson plan with me would start with a review of the previous lesson, followed by a warm-up routine that helps students develop their finger strength and dexterity. We would then move on to learning new chords, scales, and songs, depending on the student's level and interests. Throughout the lesson, I like to incorporate a variety of exercises and drills that help students develop their skills and confidence on the guitar.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to adapt to each student's unique learning style and pace. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, I will work with you to create a personalized lesson plan that suits your needs and goals. I am also very patient and supportive, and I believe in creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
My guitar lessons suit all levels of players, from beginners to advanced who want to refine their skills and techniques or new songs.
