About Brigitta
I started to be interested in spirituality relatively early on, so it was natural that yoga appeared in my life. I used to be completely inflexible in my body, and even small movements were often difficult for me, but since I started practicing yoga, everything has changed radically. Now that I have been practicing for several years, I want to share this wonderful sport with others, because yoga has a healing effect not only on the body, but also on the soul.

I take on students from complete beginners to advanced, whether it's hatha, yin, power or other yoga practices. I try to give advice on the correct execution of postures, I put a lot of emphasis on breathing exercises and the spiritual, cosy, calm nature of the class. I welcome anyone to my class, so if you're interested, don't hesitate!
