About Jenny
I'm Jenny, 27 years old and a free spirit. I did the Yoga Teacher Training in India in March 2020, which made it possible to get to know and understand myself better. I was able to build up an awareness of myself and my body, which I would like to share with you.
Besides Yoga, you can usually find me in nature. I love being by the sea and surfing, snowboarding in the mountains and skating around town with friends. I also discovered the Balance Board, which gives me balance in every aspect.
I'm a very friendly person, loyal and honest. I share sunny vibes and manage to stay positive :)

About the lesson

On request, there are lessons that are individually tailored to your needs (e.g. back pain, neck pain).
My lessons usually last 1 hour. The duration can of course be shortened or lengthened depending on the needs.
We start to warm up our body and to go inside. We pay attention to our breath and synchronize our movements with our breath. Then there is a flow that allows our fascia to loosen up and to become more flexible - physically and mentally. Finally, the body is cooled down with light stretching exercises. I prefer to do another 5-10 minutes of Yin Yoga.
