Perfect! I can't say enough amazing things about workig with Carolainne! I a relatively new to pole, however I have been a dancer since I was a kid and am a barre and yoga instructor. So, I am very much in tune with good my body and how to instruct. Carolainne takes time to warm up your body in a very intentional manner and guides you through movements that are extremely mindful. While on the pole she knows what to focus on in order to make sure you are getting clear instructions and are feeling safe. And, she is the greatest cheerleader! Her cool down is excellent as well and I am really looking forward to continuing to work with her on my pole fitness journey!
