About Gaurav
I am a tech professional and have been working in this field since 2015. But during the COVID crisis, I found myself looking for alternative sources of income, which lead me to becoming an Online English Tutor, and I have loved being one ever since. I love the fact that I get to meet and talk with many new people from many different countries in the form of students.
Becoming an English tutor has actually helped myself as much as it has helped my students, so I am really enthusiastic about teaching what I know, and as a side-effect, learn something from my students as well.
It has been a great journey so far, and I am looking forward to continuing this journey in the coming years too.

Having a background in Engineering and Technology, I am very excited by the thought of using IT while teaching. So I tend to use exciting web features such as online white boards, screensharing, synchronized interactive lesson materials, synchronized & interactive text editors, etc. on top of the usual Audio and Visuals provided by the usual video calling services.
A typical lesson would comprise of a predetermined lesson material as chosen by the student, or a material-less free talk if they just want a casual speaking practice.
All in all, I am very flexible regarding my teaching methods and I try to conform to the students' requirements.
