About Sloane
With over 3 years of guitar teaching experience and a Bachelor of Science in Audio Engineering (Guitar Focus), lessons emphasise jazz and blues improvisation. Students at all levels explore modal scales, arpeggios, and dominant seventh theory to build a solid harmonic foundation. Bebop phrasing and stylistic nuances guide learners towards a unique improvisational voice. Intermediate and Advanced students, including aspiring professionals, benefit from targeted exercises in phrasing and solo construction. My approach is engaging, supportive, and goal-oriented. Students learn to apply theory directly to expressive playing. Lessons balance structured technique with creative exploration. Confidence and fluency develop through consistent practice and guidance. Musicality and personal style are nurtured in every session. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and skill level. I encourage exploration, individuality, and expressive freedom. Every student’s progress is celebrated. Begin a journey of spontaneous musical expression and discover your unique voice on the guitar.

The Worship Leader learns to manage live gear effectively. Lessons combine hands-on practice, troubleshooting, and creative exploration. Students practise intonation, action, and bridge adjustments. Pedal use and signal chains are applied practically. Independence and problem-solving skills are emphasised. Tone shaping exercises support musical individuality. Lessons are structured, supportive, and goal-driven. Students leave capable of maintaining their instrument and optimising sound. Mastery of gear enhances both confidence and musical expression.
