About Maia
I’m a dedicated piano tutor with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education, specializing in piano. With over 14 years of teaching experience, I’ve helped both school-aged students and adults build skill, confidence, and a genuine love for music. My training is rooted in strong academic foundations, but my teaching goes beyond the classroom. I blend classical structure with the creativity of jazz and the familiarity of pop to create well-rounded, engaging lessons. Whether you're preparing for exams, playing for fun, or picking up piano as an adult learner, I tailor lessons to your pace and interests. My piano teaching approach is fun, flexible, and focused on helping each student enjoy the process of learning.
