About Marc Steven
Hello! My name is Marc Steven or Steven for short. When I was a kid, I used to love reading history books and knowing about the world around me and as a result, I've become a curious person in pursuit of constant learning. However, my parents believed that it was best for me to pursue a business degree and as a result, I could not actively chase my dreams. Through this, I believe that I can achieve what has been my calling: teaching the future generation about the past and what they can take away from it.

Teaching Methodology: In my opinion, I believe that it is best to teach history as a story, rather than stating events chronologically because it is much easier to apply your knowledge for not only that specific topic but for other interconnected aspects of history as well.
Typical length of a lesson: 30 minutes to an hour (depending on the difficulty of the subject), however, the lesson can be extended to up to 2 hours, if needed
Qualifications: Spent multiple years as a high school tutor in Middle East International School, won the History Bowl regionals and was the runner up for History Bee regionals, regularly participated for MUN (Model United Nations), etc.
Demographic: Middle to high school level (possibly college depending on my expertise on the topic)
