I typically take a few sessions to carefully listen and understand the needs of the client. Then I create some tailored exercises for us to work on the areas of your life you wish to change. As we progress, we regularly review your achievements and set new goals.
I have a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Psychology and my aptitude has always been listening deeply to, and understanding, people.
