I’m a yoga and naturopathy doctor
Yoga is a practice to bring harmony between body mind and soul. I spread the Awareness of being healthy, I make sure that every person has that deep understanding of their health. Being healthy is the best achievement of your whole life, so just spend an hour every day to see yourself evergreen young, disorders free, aware, mindful and beautiful.
