As an ex professional dancer, movement is an integral part of my daily life. Combining the discipline, knowledge and artistry from dance with holistic practice of yoga and pilates. Offering a broad spectrum of modifications and progressions suited for all ages and stages . I am passionate on the impact movement has on mental health and infuse each practice with a mindful approach to develop not just physical health but mental too. Perfect! I love my sessions with Aly. She explains everything clearly and makes it so easy. She is super encouraging and always motivates me to do better. The most important part is she knows her stuff really well. Thank you Aly, I appreciate all your support .
- Hatem is a dedicated student and is making great progress in his journey on the mat. He is taking on board instruction excellently and is curious to know more about the practice. He is a pleasure to guide and I finish each session with a smile.Aly's response :
