About Maryam
As mentioned, I'm a 10th grader, and I'm taking Trigonometry. I've passed all my previous math courses with A's, both semesters. I teach math elsewhere, and that has taught me many skills that will allow me to become a better tutor.
Aside from math, I'm a dedicated student, involved in school clubs, such as speech & debate, and girls who code. I also work on projects individually, such as science fair, & I have won prizes at state levels.

My lessons are typically based on what lessons & concepts the student is struggling with. The student can communicate which skills they need help with ahead of their session, which would consist of a short lesson followed by practice problems.
I prefer working on problems alongside students, rather than lecturing the entire session. This allows students to put the skills they just learned into practice, as well as asking valuable questions.
These lessons are geared towards middle school students and high school freshman.
