Time to time interactions to make sure that the child is attentive is part of my job. I also make sure that the student has gained the knowledge in class by encouraging them to answer competency-based questions, this also helps them to be stronger in learning a particular concept. I encourage students to think diversely and come up with doubts, this makes learning more interesting. I would be happy to help the students with their homework and assist them with their schoolwork. I promise to be a go-to person for the student for their doubts. I would be patient with their doubts and answer them in a polite manner.
