About Zain

Despite only being a first-year A-Level student, I bring a strong academic track record and genuine passion for teaching to my tutoring. I achieved outstanding GCSE results (A(concealed information)), including a Grade 9 in IGCSE Mathematics and an A in FSMQ Level 3 Additional Maths, demonstrating both ability and commitment. I have also volunteered at a charity and gained hands-on experience tutoring Maths, English, and Reasoning for the 11+, which has helped me develop patience, empathy, and clear communication skills. I enjoy helping others succeed, and my aim is not only to boost grades but also to instil confidence in my students. I aim to help assert the ideology that Maths does not have to be a burden, rather something that can be enjoyed.

About the lesson

I scored an A in FSMQ L3 Additional Maths (AS-Level) which was the highest grade possible. Grade 9 in IGCSE Edexcel Maths with Paper 1 scoring 99%. Total GCSEs: A(concealed information) I will firstly go over topics that the student finds challenging using worksheets that I find online and giving my own problems. Depending on the level they are at, I will get them to sit at least two Past-Papers and go over the topics they found challenging. Lessons are for any student studying/about to study GCSE Maths from Years 9-11. (KS4 but KS3 students are acceptable) Tutored at North Finchley Tutors: Maths, English, Reasoning (Verbal & Non-Verbal) for a variety of age groups from 5-11, primarily for 11+. Currently Studying Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics for A-Level. Am an aspiring Chemistry major at top universities such as Imperial, UCL, KCL, Durham & Warwick.
