About Yuvraj
Most recently I achieved a score of 40/42 in my subjects in the IB Diploma. This included the top grade of 7 in higher maths, higher economics and standard chemistry. Prior to this, I achieved 9/A*/8 in 11 IGCSE subjects. I very much enjoy teaching and have been part of a program at school where I mentor younger pupils in subject specific study hence I have gained some experience over the last few years.

My teaching methodology is based of the needs of the student combined with a structure designed by myself to optimise the amount my pupil learns in a certain amount of time. I first collect a list of topic within the subject that my student finds difficult or requires more work on. I centre my initial lessons on these topics with recap in future lessons and resources such as notes/quizlets to help them retain knowledge. I also find it important to focus on both the students strengths and weaknesses as it’s vital to improve the weak point but equally as important to maintain the strength in topic areas where they have confidence.
