My classes are typically 60 minutes long and include meditation, breath work, warm-up, a main flow, and a cool-down. I specialize in both stretching and power yoga, and I welcome students from beginner to intermediate levels.
I am skilled at providing options and variations for different individuals, so please don't worry about your ability, you will always be able to participate at a level that works for you.
