About Mary
I am passionate about maths and I aim to support students at different levels in gaining more confidence in solving maths problems and understanding key concepts to get the most out of this important subject at school.
I have a strong background in mathematics, which is demonstrated in my HSC results.
I achieved a Band 6 in Mathematics Advanced and Mathematics Extension 1 for the HSC last year. I completed the Mathematics Advanced course at an accelerated level to sit the HSC in Year 11, and was awarded the prize for Mathematics Extension 1 at my school, and attended the 2022 National Mathematics Summer School. I am looking forward to continuing my mathematics study with first-year undergraduate maths subjects as part of a Physics major at the University of Sydney.

I can provide maths tutoring for Years 7-10 school Mathematics and Years 11-12 Mathematics Advanced. I can support students in understanding course content, completing homework and classwork, and with exam preparation and exam technique. I am available for lessons on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons, and also on weekends.
