About Micky
I studied VCE General English in 2023 and am offering tutoring for year 7-12 General English. I achieved a study score of 44 in English and an ATAR of 97.90. As I have recently finished my year 12 studies, I am very familiar with ways to decrease stress during stressful periods of school, through adapting various study techniques to suit individual needs. I myself have not always been naturally ‘good’ at school so I understand the frustration of not picking up concepts as quickly as classmates. I understand that everyone learns differently and I am happy to adapt my lessons to suit specific learning styles and needs. I take a personal approach to tutoring meaning that each session is adapted to the needs of the student. I am happy and willing to explain concepts as many times as required, in different ways, for the student to understand. My lessons are for year 7-12 students studying General English, in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. The typical length of a session varies depending on the needs of the student but I would recommended about 1-2 hours per week. All sessions are also in person so I can provide the best assistance possible for the student.
