Hey! I’m Dylan Itzstein, and I’ve always had a knack for breaking down complicated ideas into simple checklists and clear steps. Whether it’s math, physics, or engineering, I love taking challenging topics and making them feel approachable and logical. My goal is to help students build confidence by showing them not just what to do, but why it works. I focus on structure, clarity, and practical problem-solving so that every concept becomes easier to understand and every question becomes manageable. I’m passionate about teaching because I truly enjoy seeing students reach that “aha!” moment. I’m here to support you, encourage you, and help you master the skills you need to succeed.

About the lesson

I focus on clear understanding through live demonstrations by explaining real examples step-by-step, so students can see how and why methods work. This is followed by guided practice questions which increase in difficulty as the student becomes more capable. I adapt explanations and highlight different strategies based on each student’s strengths and learning style.
Lessons typically run for 60–90 minutes, depending on what the student wants to cover.
I don’t hold formal tutoring qualifications, but I’ve helped many classmates and friends succeed by creating clear, practical methods that make difficult ideas easier to understand. I’m always willing to develop new approaches to meet students’ needs.
I tutor all school grades up to Year 12, with particular strength in maths, physics, and engineering. My lessons are ideal for younger students seeking to build a strong foundation or Grade 11-12 students preparing for external assessment.
