About Rachel
Having studied biology throughout school and sixth form- with A*s at GCSE and A level- I am keen to impart some of my passion to the next generation of biologists.
I'm a second year medical student, so my biology knowledge is constantly in use and I can teach and understand things in context.
I can also help with applications to medicine and would be happy to expand into teaching the UCAT, BMAT, Personal Statement and coaching for interviews (MMI, Panel) on request (different rate).
My personal interests are biology, languages, cooking, art and ballet.

My teaching will be based on the biology GCSE, A level or IB syllabus. Together we will identify areas that need attention and focus on those, fill in any gaps, and go through some quiz questions before I set a small amount of homework in order to consolidate new material.
Practice exam questions and exam technique will also form key parts of our lessons.
My lessons will be interactive and student led- if you need help with homework or revision, lesson plans can be adapted to accommodate your aims.

I think Rachel will be an excellent French tutor. They are a kind and patient person and would no doubt be the same with their students. Rachel is also very good at explaining how the French language works in easily understandable terms.
