About Louis
As a good level athlete and physical trainer in the making, I would like to share my taste and my motivation for sport.
I am currently taking my DE in alpine skiing in parallel with my studies. I would like to work in the long term with my students so that the work bears fruit and is interesting. Don't hesitate to get started;)

Most of the work will be prepared before the session while planning your future sessions and your workouts, I will be there to help and advise you during class hours, but generally we will prefer to work in a weight room or at home. oneself if one has a little bit of equipment, even if the work with the weight of the body can provide a solid base and remains possible.
