I am a 3rd-year elementary education student at Western Carolina University. I specialize in elementary math, science, and reading but can also tutor for pre-algebra.

Stevie was so good with my kids, she was so patient with them which is a really important trait for tutors. And she truly made a difference with kids they were a behind in their reading comprehension and now after some tutoring with Stevie they're now fully caught up on they're reading comprehension. And they are now on track to being ahead.

I think that you should give students praise for what they do. If they don’t do well on their work, let them know how they can improve. Make sure that they are confident in the work they are submitting, and if it does not look confident, let them redo or fix it.
