My methodology is to ensure all kids understand the concept well. In order to do that, they must have interest in the subject. Personality as a kid, we've all had our favorite and not so favorite teacher. We would excel in our favorite teacher's subject and sulk when our not so favorite teacher entered the class. So my goal is to become their favorite teacher so that they cultivate interest in the subject
