About Hafsa
Hello! I’m Hafsa, a fourth-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) student with a strong foundation in both the sciences and humanities. My academic journey reflects consistency and excellence: I secured 982/1100 in my matriculation (2018) and 973/1100 in my FSC pre-medical intermediate exams (2020). In my DPT program, I achieved the highest position in Anatomy & Physiology in my first year and held the highest GPA among my classmates for two consecutive years.
I bring 3–4 years of dedicated tutoring experience (2020–2023). I have taught a 9th and 10th grade student Biology, Physics, and Chemistry, and continued with her through intermediate in all subjects (English, Urdu, Biology, Physics, Chemistry). I have also successfully tutored Grade 5 and Grade 3 students in English, Urdu, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Geography, and History.
Beyond academics, I completed a 3-month online Graphic Designing course, securing first position among 50 students, which sharpened my creativity and communication skills.
I am fluent in English and Urdu, and I take pride in being professional, patient, and organized. Whether you need help mastering tough science concepts or building confidence in languages and humanities, I will ensure a structured and supportive learning environment. Let’s work together to achieve your goals.

I focus on concept clarity and active recall. Each session starts with a quick recap, followed by breaking down complex topics (e.g., anatomy, physics, or essay writing) into simple, everyday examples. I use diagrams, memory tricks (mnemonics), and past paper practice. For younger students (grades 3–5), I rely on stories, visuals, and short quizzes to keep them engaged. For higher levels (9th grade to intermediate), I emphasize problem-solving steps, derivations, and application-based learning.
A Typical Lesson Plan (60–90 minutes)
1. Warm-up (5–10 mins): Quick oral questions or a short worksheet from the previous lesson.
2. Core concept (20–30 mins): Explain new topic with examples, diagrams, or real-life connections.
3. Guided practice (15–20 mins): Solve sample questions together – for science subjects, numericals or labeling diagrams; for languages, paragraph writing or grammar exercises.
4. Recap & doubt-solving (10 mins): Student summarizes what they learned; I clarify any confusion.
5. Assignment (last 5 mins): 5–10 targeted questions or a small chapter review for next class.
What Sets Me Apart
· Academic excellence background: Highest position in Anatomy & Physiology (first year of Doctor of Physical Therapy) and highest GPA for 2 consecutive years in my DPT program.
· Proven board exam success: Matric (982/1100) and FSC Pre-Medical (973/1100) – so I know exactly how to score well in Pakistani board exams.
· Cross-disciplinary skill: Completed a 3-month online Graphic Designing course with 1st position among 50 students – I design clean, visual notes and concept maps for my students.
· Bilingual tutoring: Fluent in English and Urdu – can explain tough science terms in whichever language helps you understand faster.
Who These Lessons Are For
· School level: Grade 3–8 (English, Urdu, Maths, Science, Social Studies, Geography, History)
· Secondary level (9th–10th): Biology, Physics, Chemistry (all boards – especially Pakistani)
· Higher secondary (11th–12th / Intermediate): Biology, Physics, Chemistry, English, Urdu
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
I met Hafsa when we both tutored at a small local learning center in 2021. I know her as organized and student-focused. One time, a Grade 9 student refused to study Chemistry. Hafsa redesigned the entire lesson into a 'periodic table treasure hunt' — the student actually looked forward to the next session. I recommend her because she doesn't force learning; she inspires curiosity. This website needs tutors like her who adapt to each child's personality
Hafsa tutored my son when he was in Grade 5. He hated science and would avoid homework. Hafsa sat with him calmly every evening for 4 months. One day, she brought homemade flashcards of the solar system — he was fascinated. By end of term, his science grade went from C to B+. She's reliable, kind, and firm when needed. I recommend her because she transforms reluctant learners into curious ones. Any student would be lucky to have her.
I'm Hafsa's classmate in Doctor of Physical Therapy. I know her academic excellence firsthand — she had the highest GPA in our class for two years and topped Anatomy & Physiology. But what makes her a great tutor is how she explains things to me when I'm stuck. Once, before our neuroanatomy exam, she spent 2 hours drawing diagrams and explaining nerve pathways until I got it. I recommend her because she has deep subject knowledge plus the rare ability to simplify it for anyone.
I'm Hafsa's elder sister. I've watched her tutor our younger cousins in Grade 3 and 5. One time, our 8-year-old cousin cried over math fractions. Hafsa turned it into a pizza-cutting game — within an hour, the kid was solving problems happily. She's naturally patient, creative, and responsible. I recommend her because she treats every student like family: she genuinely cares if they succeed, and she'll find a fun way to teach anything.
