About Luke
About Me:
I am a 4th year Civil and Structural engineering student at the University of Sheffield.
Maths has always been my favourite subject in school and I'm passionate about helping students achieve the best grades possible!
Teaching Experience:
I achieved a grade 9 when completing my GCSEs and have since gained experience teaching GCSE maths.
I have taught over 100 lessons on the MyTutor platform over the past 2 years and have received great reviews.
I have also tutored privately and maintained a good relationship with the student & their family.

Typical Lesson Plan:
My teaching style is very flexible depending on the student's aspirations and learning style.
In the first couple of lessons, we will figure out what the student struggles with in maths, and what they want to achieve in the lessons. We will work together on a plan highlighting the topics to practice and the techniques to master.
Student level: Preparing for GCSEs
Typical lesson length: 1 hour (however I am flexible on lesson times and lengths)
