I teach students with the aim of achieving total understanding. I do teach first, then questions are asked then discussions are made. I teach with different methods to achieve good grasping and retention. Whatever method the studentunderstand better, could be flow charts, illustrations, short video clips, interactive classes,normal readingand all. Combination of different methods to get the goal.
