About Vanessa
I am a 4th year BMus student majoring in songwriting (vocals and keys). I have been playing piano since I was 6 and believe that it is an essential instrument to be familiar with if you wish to become a musician of any kind.

I base my classes on building technique from the start so that students don't injure themselves during practice performance. I teach in a multitude of styles including rock, pop, jazz and classical. I believe that students should have the freedom to choose styles that suit them but will also challenge them to step outside their comfort zones.
