About Ajay
I did 4-unit English because I didn't want to do 4u math - but I wasn't great at writing. In Year 12, I learned how to properly write essays that markers appreciate and score highly, superseding the fundamentally flawed curriculum that entrenches bad writing habits in us. Learning to write effectively and concisely will transform your academic and professional success - as it has mine.

I do 2 things to get you proficient at writing:
1. Simplify the crux of what an essay/creative piece needs to be
2. Improve your literary expression by increasing lexical density
1.5 hour lessons (flexible)
1st Lesson Structure (essay):
10 mins - you write (I see your current level)
25 mins - we edit and improve
5 mins - you write (I check whether you've internalised the techniques)
20 mins - we write together
10 mins - we rework content (quotes, literary techniques, etc)
10 mins - we rework structure (to maximise clarity and impact)
5 mins - final edits (we now have a completed high-quality body paragraph for your essay)
5 mins - planning for you to write your 2nd body paragraph with this paragraph as a blueprint
A full essay would require 3-4 lessons, after which you don't need any more lessons to be able to write high-quality essays.
