About Amber
I am a 28 year old mum of two living on the East Coast of Australia. I would love to teach as I have learnt so much valuable information through my Bachelor Degree that I would feel privileged to pass on. I would also love the chance to implement my own way of learning to hopefully allow students to understand some complex topics easier. Being a stay at home mum this will also give me the opportunity to challenge myself within my current lifestyle.

As a qualified Nutritionist, studying with two different institutions, I am a competent teacher of food and nutrition and how it relates to the human condition. My lessons go for 40 minutes and are tailored to high school students completing health and fitness related studies, as well as TAFE students studying any area of nutrition. Lessons encompass the recommended guidelines as proposed by the Australian Government, macronutrient breakdowns, moderate biochemistry related to food as well as vitamins and minerals. These lessons will give you a brief overview of the chemical and systemic effect of food and nutrition on the human body.
