About Harry
Growing up with my mother, a dedicated and successful teacher, I developed a deep appreciation for education and a strong desire to help others overcome academic challenges. I see teaching as my inherited duty, and I take pride in guiding students through subjects they find difficult. From an early age, I observed how my mother adapted her teaching methods to suit each student's unique learning style—a skill I have incorporated into my own approach. As she always says, "Not everyone has the same learning style." Keeping this in mind, I tailor my lessons to each student’s strengths and needs, ensuring they build confidence and a strong foundation in their studies. My experience tutoring Mathematics for middle and high school students, combined with my academic achievements in IB Physics and Mathematics, allows me to provide professional and effective guidance.

I have observed that many students struggle in higher-level mathematics because they lack a solid foundation. To address this, I begin by assessing each student’s current abilities, then create a personalized lesson plan that targets their specific needs.
I use clear explanations, hands-on exercises, and regular review sessions to ensure understanding and retention of core concepts. Each session typically lasts about 60 minutes, though I can adjust the timing based on the complexity of the topic or the student's pace.
I bring practical tutoring experience from teaching Mathematics to students in grades 6 through 9, and my strong background in Mathematics and Physics (evidenced by my high achievements in IB HL Physics and HL Math assessments) supports my approach. These lessons are designed for students at various levels, particularly those in middle school and early high school who need a robust foundation to succeed in advanced topics.
